Presenters - Kelly Sidoryk / Terra Weaver – KT Company - June 10, 2013

  An evening of “Local Food” (from Lower Shannon Farms) and “Local Entertainment” (Justin Walker)  hosted by “Local People”(Roots) enjoyed by “Local Rotarians and Guests” (71 in all). Terra and Kelly told how they would travel to communities attending food events and after visiting several wondered why they didn’t have one in Lloydminster – thus the birth of “Feastaville” - an annual event held in conjunction with the Lloydminster Exhibition.  This event is where local producers exhibit, host and market their product to the community, the next one being held on October 22^nd at the Exhibition.   Terra and Kelly spoke on how locally raised produce can benefit both the producer and consumer as well as a short video presentation.   Thank you to Robin and John Acton for a great evening of food, fun and fellowship!!
