Members of the Rotary Club of Lloydminster offered a moment of silence on Monday September 30 as the membership badge of late Rotarian Glenn Fagnan was retired. President Tara Shirtliffe and fellow Director Wendy Plandowski led the process. The club was honoured to have Glenn's wife Karen and daughter Brandy join us for the occasionGlenn had been a member of our (Monday lunch) club for 35 years and was instrumental in the founding of the Tuesday morning club. As well as a stint as President of our club in 1996-1997 Glenn had served Rotary as the assistant district governor for our area. Director Wendy took a few minutes to describe how Glenn used the 4 Way Test as a core to his actions in life and business.
