Club 2 Minutes - June 17, 2013

BIRTHDAYS THIS WEEK:  Peter Parkinson and Jeff Hilderman were the birthday boys, however, neither were in attendance to enjoy the singing rendition of Happy Birthday that the club so eloquently presents on this joyful occasion.

FAREWELL:  Rotarian Kim Bridge expressed her gratitude for being part of the Rotary club during the past five years.  Kim will be moving to Edmonton within the next two weeks and we extend our very best wishes to her as she leaves this club and community.  Come back anytime Kim!

EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE MEETING: Monday, June 24^th – guest speaker will be Cossette Green – Alberta Employment.   Please make a special effort to bring an employee to the meeting and let Pat know as well.

AUCTION GIFT:  Was won by Randy Aston

FLOWERS:   A bouquet of flowers was presented to Alpha Harper, for loaning us her husband this past year; to Shirley Aston as the only spouse of a past Rotarian ; and to Kimberely Richer in appreciation of great things yet to come!

CERTIFICATES:  President Les presented Certificates of Appreciation to each of the board of directors for their support during his year in office.
